Safety & Health

• Members must be physically fit and consult a physician before starting exercise programs.
• Inform our trainers of any medical conditions or injuries beforehand.
• Boxfitt11 is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents resulting from exercise or misuse of equipment.

Facility & Equipment Usage

• Treat equipment and facilities with care.
• Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse may result in penalties or membership suspension.
• Proper gym attire and footwear are required at all times.

Personal Belongings

• Keep your belongings safe.
• The gym is not responsible for loss of personal items such as phones, wallets, accessories, etc.

Membership & Payments

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Late or missed payments may result in access restrictions.

Conduct & Behavior

• Maintain respectful behavior toward trainers, staff and fellow members.
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate cancellation of membership.
• Follow trainer instructions for safety.

Nutrition & Training Programs

• Training and nutrition guidance provided is based on information shared by the member.
• Results may vary based on individual effort and health conditions.
• Boxfitt11 does not guarantee specific results or performance improvement.

Photography & Media

• The gym may record photos/videos for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in marketing content, inform the management in writing.

Website Usage

• All content including images, branding, and text is the property of Boxfitt11.
• Unauthorized use, duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Boxfitt11, its employees, and partners are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in activities at our gym.
